No Educational Hour

The Sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated on the first and third Sundays of each month, and also on Christmas, Palm Sunday, Holy Thursday, Easter, Pentecost and Holy Trinity Sunday.

Every Sunday, a special Children's Sermon is given.

Zion offers Sunday Morning Christian Education from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m., with classes for ages 3 years old through adults. The educational year begins with Rally Day, the Sunday after Labor Day, and continues through mid-June. An offering is taken for our classes and each month is designated to a specific cause or person(s).

ADVENT & CHRISTMAS SEASONS:
Our annual Children's Christmas Program and Hymn Sing is one of our special worship services, usually held on a Sunday evening in Advent.
Christmas Eve - 7:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Candlelight Services - each service is different, the Sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated at both.

LENTEN SEASON:
On Wednesday evenings we offer a light supper at 6:30 p.m., with an informal worship service following at 7:15 p.m. in the social hall.

HOLY WEEK SERVICES:
Maundy Thursday - 11:00 a.m. Communion Luncheon and 7:30 p.m. Worship Service.
Good Friday - Community Service at 1:30 and 7:30 p.m. Tenebrae Service.
Easter Morning - 7:00 a.m. Sunrise Service, followed by a breakfast prepared by our Youth at 7:45; and 10:30 a.m. Worship Service.
